Error While Uploading a file from an ASP Page to Server

Hi All,

I am trying to upload a file from an ASP Page to Server.

by using following code

Set FSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
Set TS = FSO.CreateTextFile(aFilename,true,true)
i getting the following error


Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'
Permission Denied

Does anybody has a solution for this error.

Hi cravish,

Check the permissions on writing files on your web server, and also check where the script is trying to save the file to. If you still get problems then let us know.
