active x cannot open a report

I have this ASP file which will open a report in crystal report activex viewer.
But when I try to open a report, all I see is a blank page and a prompt which says
"Click to activate and use this control".
I think this should go out under the topic "active x" though.

Can somebody help me with this. :)
