File upload in remote server

Hi I m using the file uploader component for uploading the file on the remote server.It works fine when the server comes under my machines domain but when I try to upload a file on the server which dosent comes under my domain it gives error 'Login failure:invalid user or bad password'.Can any body tell me how can I get my client machine authenticated to upload the file on the remote server.
