Wizrad's % Height in not working

I am new in asp.net and working on my first web application. I am using wizards and want to set its height in percentage let say 100%, but its not working, each wizard step shows different height (not the height set in percentage, I have set WizradStep height and Wizard height to 100%), How I can set a height which is same for all wizard steps in percentage?

I am sorry, if I am not posting my question on appropriate forum,
