aspx file not open - ASP / Active Server Pages

Sir,
I was trying to open an aspx file that comes through an e-mail.
What are the things I have to do for open the file. I am awaiting an earlier reply from you

The email is sending an entire aspx file? I can't think of why you would do this unless you want to open the source codes. You will need a MS-approved web developer app to open it. Try VisualStudio.net. It's possible that you could open it with notepad, but that probably won't be that useful, asp.net really needs a developer app to work correctly, as far as I understand.

If you are supposed to see a website, then you should be sent a hypertext link.
