could we convert binary data to url in asp

Hi All,

Could we generate a URL reading binary data from the SQ server 2000?

I have a couple of DVD's which could be stored in binary format in SQL server. i want these binary data to be read from asp page on my website, and convert them to url and be able to retrieve this url from the sql on to the asp page...

Is this possible at all?
