Hi, lousy, Welcome to the scripts DN.

First off, how much do you know so far? Can you make your form? Can you manipulate the data sent to an asp page? Can you connect to a database? Can you save new data to a database? Your question isn't veryclear, it almost sounds as if your only question is one of logic: how do you store data from radio buttons in comparison to check boxes?

If that is indeed your only question than I would store the data from a radio button the sameway I store data from a <select>, but I would store data from checkboxes as a series of booleans.

Please let me know if this helps. And would you like me to find three more people to reply? You say you want four replies...

Lousy,

So how are you saving the data from other inputs? Could you give an example?

i just figure out how to save data comin from the radio buttons, but in checkboxes, I have handcoded an insert statement for a form which contains a checkbox. If the form is submitted with the all box checked, all is fine. If the checkbox is left unchecked, I receive an error type "Data type mismatch in criteria expression.".

I notice you are avoiding showing me how you are trying to save the data. I'm afraid that makes it impossible for me to check your method. If you show how you are trying to save it currently, I will give you my opinion of a solution.
