thumbnail view of html page

hi,
i am new to this forum... I want to develop a template browser using that a user can open a pre made html templates. i want to show a thumbnail image of the html file .
how can i create a thumbnail view of a html or text file?

i am using C# ,.net framework 2.0 and developing an windows application
