ASP Textbox value into table

Right I have a table on a page containing a recordset showing various records, when they click add button it add the information from that table into another one successfully. But now on that table ive added a text box in another column because I need them to type in a quantity then click add and for it too take the value in the textbox and put it into the table.

instock is the table that is shown to the user with all the records... the values for that are displayed from recordset info like:

<%=(RS.Fields.Item("pd_name").Value)%>
 

But the SQL statement above is where i want it too take the value from the textbox (which is embedded in the table in a new column) and send it to the table partlist with all the other data that is being sent which works.
