HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed

Hi, getting the
HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed

message when trying to access an ASP page. It seems intermittent, at some
point one machine will keep getting this message while another will access
it just fine. The next day it will be the other way around. This page and
application, just have regular ASP pages, not doing anything too
spectacular.

Any ideas?

Are you sure you're not running JRun or Tomcat on this server also? Do you
have WebDav enabled?

No JRun or Tomcat.

WebDav has been disabled, but the problem still occurrs.

Also, this problem just started happening out of the blue yesterday...
