ASP file not showing records from local mdb database

Hello Everyone!

I am trying to develop an ASP page which should access a local MSAccess database but getting the following error. Can somebody guide me to the right solution. I have already assigned the rights of 'Write' to the IUSR but still it's not being accessed :
Error Type:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80040E4D)
Not a valid password.
/MyWeb/RMM1_C!.asp, line 6

Thanks in anticipation.
