Merge / Join csv file through ASP code

Hi
I need to merger the contents for 3 .csv files saved in a folder and make 1 csv file so that we can use the newly created file for data processing. I have to copy the enitre contents of the induvidual files and make 1 big output file.Pls let me know where to find a ASP code for this requirement
