i want to display items from database

how i display my database items in my web site.... pls help me ...

i want to have a textbox and a search button and when i hit the search i want it to go through the database find if the director = director.text and then if is equals to display all the asscociated data,,,, pls help me

i want to have a textbox and a search button and when i hit the search i want it to go through the database find if the director = director.text and then if is equals to display all the asscociated data,,,, pls help me
first make the connection with database then open the recordset and then check values with text as
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.  
  2. do while myrecordset.eof=false
  3. if director.text=myrecordset("<Filedname>") then 
  4. 'do the task here
  5. end if

  8.
