Unspecified error in asp pages what it denotes

dear friends,

i have done a small application using asp and access,my codings are correct it works fine.but some times it is showing the below error in the following lines. i don't know what error it is showing.


Error Type:
Provider (0x80004005)
Unspecified error
/manage/fiber/e1details.asp, line 38

line 38:
CNObj.Open "DBQ=C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\manage\fiber\fiber.mdb ; DRIVER=Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)"


can any one help me in finding out this issue?

when i close the window and restart all the pages from login page again i ll not get this error some time.why? anyone help me?
