file.aspx does not suport <Frameset> what I supose to do?

file.aspx does not suport <Frameset> what I supose to do?

Sorry, I found this topic before but it seems they where taking about something is not file.aspx, and I got confused?

How I can get the same functionality, or make aspx support this tag.
