downlaod file from server local computer?

Can anybody teach me how to write a code using asp, so that i can
downlaod file from server to a fixed folder on local computer?

You cannot control where the user saves a file. All you can do is offer up
the file for download and hope/instruct the user to save it in a specific
location.
