localstart.asp has error 800a0046

Hi everyone,
My IIS server won't work properly. I constantly receive the following error
on localstart.asp:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'
Permission denied: 'GetObject'

/localstart.asp, line 40

Line 40, and the surrounding code appear like this:

sPath = "IIS://" & sServername & "/W3SVC/" & sServerinst
(Line40) --> Set oDefSite = GetObject(sPath)
sDefDoc = LCase(oDefSite.DefaultDoc)
aDefDocs = split(sDefDoc, ",")

I have tried several suggestions I found on the Internet with no success.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is this from anywhere or just browsing on the server to localhost? If
so, do you have admin permissions for the account you're using?
