You need a component with POP3 support (some of these do:
http://www.aspfaq.com/2119), then of course once you download the content
you can parse the subject of each e-mail and enter data into the database
conditionally. Of course, nobody is going to write all of this for you, so
I suggest you see some ASP-db tutorials (
http://www.aspfaq.com/2183). If
you have specific problems once you get up and running, post them here.

download any emails (leaving the old mail on the server) then
entering that infomation in to a database..
All this based on the Subject and the email being in a particular
format !!
