Sign in page, just like the hotmail sign in page

Hi ,im trying to write a login page that allow to save username and password, just like the " Hotmail " page where a user(on a network) has 3 options(radio buttons) to log in:
1-Save my username and password on this computer
2-Save my username on this computer
3-Always ask for my username and password

If anybody have an idea to help me with such page ,i will appreciate that,

hi there,

the querry which u have asked is of a much simple process. so try it urself and if u got struck in any part of the coding then post ur code and get reply. dont mistake me. i am saying this because if u search for one content u may get a lot of idea about other things that may help u some where else.

so try doing this before u post any questions.
