Start asp Server

I want to run a asp website in my webserver and I don't
know how to setup a asp server.

Read a good book. If you don't know anything about ASP and you're using
Macromedia stuff, get "Foundation Dreamweaver MX" by FriendsofEd. If you
want to write your ASP in notepad, try Wrox Press's "Beginning ASP". Both
will tell you the (very few) things you need to do to get IIS (Microsoft's
ASP-aware webserver) up and running.

You don't set up "a asp server" you set up a web server that handles
ASP. Generally, that means IIS. Which is included with many Windows
operating systems. See:
