favorites (bookmarks) to database - ASP / Active Server Pages

hello,

how can i put my IE favorites into a database(access).
i'm trying to manage my favotites using a web page.

My program, Bookmark Buddy, can help you with the conversion: it will import
your IE Favorites, and can then export them in CSV (Excel and standard
format) or tab-delimited format. (It's also a fully-fledged favorites
manager with lots of tools for organizing, retrieving and using your
bookmarks.)
