ASPX Data transfer problems

Hello,

Im working on a project in Visual Basic .Net, I have got two forms that link together with a simple button that does a redirect.

On the redirect I want to transfer data from the first page to the second however I can not find a way of doing it in ASPX even though it is easy in VB.Net.

I have tried to do it the same way.

Grid_Main.Label17.text = "Some other data"
 

But the error message "Reference to a non-shared member requires an objrect reference" appears

Any ideas what this error message means and or how to solve this problem?
