ASP.NET builtin Forms-Based Authentication cookie values

I need to create a page that will set a cookie on the users machine
that uses the same values as ASP.NET's built in Authentication.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...entication.asp

can
can anyone tell me what the actual values set in the .ASPXFORMSAUTH cookie?

Thanks
