Cookie problem

Hi,

I am making a few small changes to a website that was built by somebody
else. The order page has a simple check cookie function and displays
whether or not cookies are enabled or disabled in the status bar.

Here is the problem: On the original order page the status bar on the
clients machine states 'cookies are enabled'. This fine. However, I
uploaded the same page with a different name to the same folder on the
webserver but this page states 'cookies are disabled'. This doesn't seem
to make any sense as the pages are identical in all but name.

The original page is at http://www.cake-decorating-tips.com/order.htm and
the other page is at http://www.cake-decorating-tips.com/order_cdt.htm.

I should say that on all other machines I have tested it on, cookies are
always enabled.

Has anybody came across this issue before?
