Event ID: 1012, Source = W3SVC

Hello all,

Stuck on a problem that causes our Win2003 Server Standard Edition SP 1to become unresponsive.This is PDC and Exchange Server (Exchange Server 2003 SP2) to become unresponsive. The error we are getting in our System Event Log is:
Event ID: 1012, Source = W3SVC
A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' exceeded time limits during start up. The process id was '3624'. '1020', '2488', '6968'


Any help would be appreciated.
