Help with XML, Content Disposition, and MSIE

I have an ASP page that has the following two lines at top:
Response.ContentType="text/xml"
Response.AddHeader "Content-Disposition",
"filename=xtest.xml"

The page then proceeds to query a database, and generate an XML page.

Viewing this page in mozilla, the page come up as xtest.xml, and the XML
page is viewed correctly.

However, in MSIE, the page "Cannot Be Displayed". I get this error even
when I try to add "attachment;" to the content disposition.

What am I doing wrong that every time I try a content-dispoition thing,
it works in mozilla, but never in MSIE?
