UTF-8

I have a problem with foreign characters. I have a form on an ASP page that
when submitted sends text to another ASP page and displays it. Both pages
have the charset to UTF-8. When I try to submit: ?"?, it shows up as ש"×-.
Anyone know why?

Are you submitting on the URL (Method=GET)? Have you tried using
Server.URLEncode when you submit?

The text shows up as %D7%A9%22%D7%97 in the URL (I am using the GET method).
The URL you provided had fixes for Win2k. I'm using Windows 2003. The
problem must be something else. If you mean somehow specify
Server.URLEncode around the text within the form, I'm not sure how that can
be done.

Are you setting session.codepage=65001 on your ASP pages?

Post your code with some example data (first strip the code down to the bare
minimum that still exhibits the problem).
