Learning asp.net

I am trying the following code from the ASP.NET tutorial at:
http://www.dotnetjunkies.com/quickst...ormsintro.aspx

The code is simple and is as follows:
<html>
<head>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="intro.css">
</head>
<body>
<center>
<form action="intro1.aspx" method="post">
<h3> Name: <input id="Name" type=text>
Category: <select id="Category" size=1>
<option>psychology</option>
<option>business</option>
<option>popular_comp</option>
</select>
<input type=submit value="Lookup">
</h3>
</form>
</center>
</body>
</html>
When I view the page it appears correctly however when I click "Lookup" I
receive the following error:

HTTP Error 405
405 Method Not Allowed

The method specified in the Request Line is not allowed for the resource
identified by the request. Please ensure that you have the proper MIME type
set up for the resource you are requesting.

Please contact the server's administrator if this problem persists.

Any idea what this means ?

Thanks

Murphy
