submit Network serial number (MAC Address)

Hi

I want to check the MAC address of all predefined clients which connecting to my server on web, in this way other user could not connect to my server.

I want to know is there any vbscript/javascript syntax to be run at client side to submit these info to the server side when connecting to the server?
