Wscript.shell app is not visible

Yes... I know this will be created on the server...

Even so, when I run the test calc is started (id = 0 and I see it in the task
manager) but it is not visible on the server.

Anyone know why?

Anyone know how to make it visible?

test.asp
<%
dim id
dim wShell

set wShell = server.createObject("Wscript.shell")
id = wShell.Run("c:\inetpub\test\calc.exe", 1, false)

response.write id
response.end
%>

Because IUSR_servername is running the program in its own environment, not
yours at the console.

Use client-side code to start it, not ASP.

Yabba, you're using the wrong tool. You want a client application, not ASP.

This is only a test and I need it to be created and visible on the *server*

How can that be done?
