Sorry, posted before I was finished.
You can get this when your ASP page opens connections and doesn't close them
properly. On a W2K Pro system you will see this quicker because it is
limited to 10 connections.
Any connections you open, you should close.
Any SET variables you create, should be set to nothing when you're finished.
