writing data to Output File

I am using PWS/IIS5.0 on W2000 and trying to write to a
file outside the directorytree of Inetpub.
The file is created with
Server.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")

Every time I execute the ASP I end up with 403.9

I am not sure what the permissions on the directory I
should have??
Or could it be something else be wrong in my setup??
tnx

403.9 is too many users.

Sorry, posted before I was finished.

You can get this when your ASP page opens connections and doesn't close them
properly. On a W2K Pro system you will see this quicker because it is
limited to 10 connections.

Any connections you open, you should close.
Any SET variables you create, should be set to nothing when you're finished.

HTH...
