from previous asp page. In the current page, I have a form with two
text field. one of them, whenever user type in the number has
to match with the previous variable, if not, I want to have a pop up
box said "hey your number doesn't match
with your previous number your entered, all of these action has to
done before proceed to the next page
Anyone can help me out, both Javascript or ASP script would be fine.
thanks in advance
below is my code

<%
strssn = "111111111"
%>

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
<html>
<head>
<title>Untitled Document</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=iso-8859-1">
</head>

Is your goal here to get the user to type in the same SSN twice for
verification?
