OnAfterPrint cannot work

ELF
cannot using onAfterPrint in IE 6.0, the page can print but cannot close.
Why??
my code like as below

<body onAfterPrint="window.close();">
:
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">
<!--
window.print();
//-->
</script>
</body>

Try asking in a client-side group such as m.p.scripting.jscript. This group
focuses on server-side programming.
