asp file system interaction?

How can I read and create documents on the server

For Instance

I want to show the asp code of certain files on the client
I want to upload image files to the server
I want to create directories on the server and copy files to this directory

I probably need to create some object. But I don't know which one.

Any help or references to some documentation would be creatly appreciated

start with www.aspfaq.com
Most of those are answered there (as far as the server side stuff).

You can't display anything off the client though

Using classic ASP you'd better go for ADODB.Stream. That allows you to
stream binary files.
