ASPpages do not display in Development Server

Let first say I am sorry for the following question. I have not been developing in ASP for 3 years. I have been using JSP, JAVA and CMF.

My development server is Windows Server 2003 service pack 1 and ASP.NET version 1.1.4322

When I open an .asp page is says in the browser "page can not be displayed", but when I open an HTML page everything is good.

What componenet do I need to load to view .ASP pages developed in ASP VBSCRIPT?

Thanks, awieland

Hi there,

Grant <read/write> permission to IIS_USR on your document root, hope it helps. Good luck & take care.

Sashi,

I applied the read/write permissions on the IIS_URS and I received the same error message?
