How to find the changes in the asp, while the window is minimized

Hi experts,
How to find the changes in the asp, while the window is minimized. I need to maximize if i found the changes in the asp file. Thats is, if recordcount value changes. pls guide me.

I'm not sure this is possible at all, even with client-side code. It's
certainly not possible with asp code, which runs on the server and therefore
knows nothing about the browser's state.

Even if it is possible with client-side code, that is off-topic for this
newsgroup - you need to ask on one of the dhtml or scripting newsgroups.
