Pure ASP upload page

Anyone had success with Jacob Gilley's pure ASP upload class???
This is where it comes from:

My problem is this.
I got it working great locally - but remotely it never actually transfers the file.
The agonizing part is - the function runs error free and claims that the file transferred successfully.

Is there an ASP equivalent to phpinfo()???
I don't know how enough about IIS to test my remote server settings.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
