Regarding RTC

I am going to start to work on Instant Messaging using
RTC. Since i haven't worked on it I dont know much about
RTC. My requirement is to send instant message to a user
by specifying their hotmail account.

I did write a vb program using Messenger API, which runs
as an NT service to do this. But the main issue is, my
program works only if the server is logged in. If you
logoff the server I am not able to autosignin into msn
and send an Instant Message to a client. Hope I am clear.

Can RTC help me in doing this even though my server has
not logged in ?

I haven't a clue. This question does not seem to be even remotely related to
asp. You are definitely in the wrong group. Sorry, but i don't even know
what the appropriate group would be. You might try to do a Google Groups
search on RTC and see which groups commonly discuss this.
