Login failed for user '(null)' - ASP / Active Server Pages

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server (0x80004005)
Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.

I am using this following code to connect and upload a file. The database is in MS Access instead of SQL Server. Should I be using a different line of code? If so any suggestions for a solution? Line 63 is in bold.
