some body please tell me how to tackle with new project

Hi,
(However i know that this not a technical aspect on which i should discuss but then also as a comminity member i would like that any one of this community should help me out as friend)
I am new to ASP programming field and develop few project on image catalogue programming in my company through copy paste phenomenon,as all project are the same . I think my logic is not getting developed and i am scared that in future i will not develop any bigger project or can crack any interview.Can any one help me out to boost my confidence and guide me to become an efficient programmer in the field of ASP as i know that any one is capable of becoming a proficient programmer as all the power lies within us but then also i need guidance how to go with it and take the challenges
