Displaying decimal 160 character in browser

JJY
Hi.

I have a input string I display. In the string, I have a character that's a
part of ASCII chart 2 which doesn't display correctly. It displays as a ?.
I tried different encoding to no avail.

Any input is appreciated.

Joshua
