Can ASP create OLE objects?

Hi,
I've a client-server application written in Access. Some of the codings make
use of OLE so that the Access application creates a Word document on the fly
and fit in relevant values.

I'm examining if using ASP pages can do similar function (to create and
manipulate OLE objects)?

Anybody knows if ASP can do?

If ASP can't, how about ASP.NET?

thanks in advance,
jackling.

Sure it can do all that, but before you go automating Office objects on your
server, read this article.

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=257757

This is not to say that I don't use such things on my intranet server. :]
