My site has just started crashing the server. They said that every time my

You should find out why your script is timing out. Do you have an endless
look in join.asp? What does the code look like? Does it work in your test
environment?

Should I be looking for a simple coding error in Login/Join.asp or is this
error message just a red herring?. Why would it cause other sites on the
server to stop responding requiring IIS5 to be reset?
