upload without File input

first of all i apologetic on my poor english.
i want to build an applique and i need to to upload files
to my server but i can't used file input...

i tought on this hours but i can't get any result.

You couldn't do this with a normal html form then. You'd have to create an
ACtiveX control that the user would have to install on his machine, and that
would do the uploading for you.

thank you.
are you shure? i thinks that i will used FSo on my cilent
and than i will do some manipulation on the file and sent
it on XMLHTTP.

my result that i am looking is any thing to help me.
even to include a fuction on server side and cilent side.

If the client has super low security settings, I imagine you could use the
FSO and "read" the file into a hidden input on your page and then rebuild it
on the server. But why? What is the opposition to the file input?

i want to build site that semmed like FTP of windows.
and the upload is the only thing that stop me.

You could also have a look at the PUT comamand. We had this problem and
developed a simple ActiveX control and allowed the users to choose what to
upload.
