Find Links in a html file

Hello,

Can anyone help me with the following problem

I want to make an ASP page look at my index.html file, and give me a list of
all the hyperlinks that are in this page.
Is this possible, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank in advance for any help.

Gram.
