how to print with pre-define preference such as margin and page size ?

For your browser, go into page setup and set margins and page size.

For visitors' browsers, you can suggest this using the @page directive in
CSS.

of coz the visitor browser , i want to programmatically preset the print
preference , be coz i found that if i just use javascript window.print ,
some printer cannot print out because of the size , and i cant ask them to
use fineprint ...
so , can anyone tell me more abt how to do in asp plus @page
also , whats the function call of save as document ?

AFAIK you really cannot do that. You have no idea what kind of setup the
visitor has, whether it is a PC, Mac, something entirely different.
so , can anyone tell me more abt how to do in asp plus @page

The user's browser should prompt them to 'save as' unless the content type
is something the user's system is configured to run, or the server is
sending the wrong content type.
