ASP with PayPal. Urgent Help Please.....

Dear friends,

We are working on a website which will enable the
users to place orders from restaurants. The payments are
to be directed through Paypal.com. Can anyone provide us
necessary information on the IPN(Instant Payment
Notification) tracking? We are using our own shopping
cart. When we place the order from our site the ordered
items and the price needs to be processed in the PayPal
site. There is a Confirm Order ASP Page from which we are
posting into another Intermediate Page. From this page we
are posting the details into the PayPal site. Now after
validation the status of the credit card needs to be
tracked and appropriate action to be taken in the same
page (Giving an error notification, Updating the Database,
Triggering a mail). How will we go about doing this? Can
you please pls provide us with some sample code ?

The code and the inputs from the tech support is
not sufficient & working :)

If you want THAT much control over what goes on, you really need to get a
merchant account and dispense with PayPal entirely.
