Can't open Powerpoint files via Web

dw
Hi all, some users on our network are having difficulty opening Powerpoint
files via the Web. I've read the article "In-Place Activation Using Internet
Explorer 5 Does Not Work for PowerPoint Slides" at this location:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...;EN-US;q290180. However,
following the guidelines of the article has not resolved the issue. Our
users have Windows 2K, XP Pro, Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6.0. Thank you.
