Anyone know a way of parsing ALL CAPS TEXT so that its correctly formatted
i.e.

HELLO WORLD. THIS IS A TEST E.G. Howdie Partner

becomes

Hello world. This is a test e.g. howdie partner

there are loads of considerations and in the imortal words of Frank Spencer
