HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error

P: n/a
I created an ASP on-line form which is displayed as
http://localhost/apps/test.asp.
a local server with Internet Information Services 5.1 to submit data to a MS
Access database. The ASP on-line form displays correctly on the browser but
the problem is when I submit it I receive the following error prompt.

HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error

Please advise a resolution. Thank you in advance, RRI3
